CSIR alumnus Michael Ashley Botha passed away on 29 August 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n He was born in 1953 in Port Elizabeth and had a keen interest in Engineering – as a result Michael pursued a career in Civil Engineering. His will and determination earned him the title of \u2018Dr\u2019 Michael Botha.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Dr Botha was an active member of several academic associations and boards and was a man most respected in the institutes which he had worked at.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In his most recent years, Dr Botha was well known for helping others achieve their academic dreams and dedicated much time and effort towards encouraging others to overcome their challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_blurb][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" CSIR alumnus Michael Ashley Botha passed away on 29 August 2023.
